Overview
The Xponent21 Roadmap Manager is the operational backbone of the Xponent21 app ecosystem. It centralizes roadmap items across all active projects — tracking priorities, statuses, effort estimates, due dates, and categories in one place. From there, it handles sprint planning with queue management and velocity metrics, and generates ready-to-use prompts for AI coding tools like Lovable, complete with technical approach, acceptance criteria, and file references. Beyond planning, it connects to Asana for two-way task sync, runs AI-driven completeness scoring to surface gaps in how items are defined, and publishes deployment templates via an SDK so child apps can consume shared configurations. It also enforces a unified API contract across the platform, aligned with the CARL Writes schema, ensuring consistency at the infrastructure level. A public-facing roadmap view gives stakeholders visibility into planned features and progress. Authentication runs on a silent Google SSO pattern, so any user already signed into an Xponent21 app is automatically authenticated here.
